About the assignment

The family needs help once a week from 16:30, as well as a few hours every other weekend. Flexibility is a plus as the mother's schedule may change. The children are 4 and 10 years old.

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for all those who have a high school diploma. For all those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including holiday pay.
