Team Leader for Cleaning Services

SIMH Sweden AB, Region Central Sweden/Stockholm, is expanding its team with an additional Team Leader, this time within our special cleaning division. We are looking for you who have extensive experience in team leadership within the cleaning industry and special cleaning (e.g., window cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, etc.). You are responsible and have high standards for service.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, especially your ability to collaborate and your solution-oriented approach, as the role involves many contact points. To fit into our team and align with our values, you need to be someone who takes pride in their work and execution.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of general and special cleaning
• Good experience in team leadership
• Good experience and knowledge in quality assessments as well as environmental and occupational health and safety work relevant to the role
• Good skills in working with digital reporting systems relevant to the profession
• Education relevant to the profession
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
