Your Role

Your duties will primarily consist of nursing care, helping residents with personal hygiene, washing, cleaning, social activities, and performing HSL (Health and Social Care Act) tasks. In addition to these basic tasks, you will document your work and collaborate in a team with your colleagues, licensed staff, and the unit manager to ensure that residents receive their approved services. Working hours are scheduled on days, evenings, and weekends on a rotating basis. We have close cooperation throughout Enriset, so you should be prepared to work in the entire building and, if needed, across the entire operations area and the Welfare sector.

Description of the Workplace

Enriset is a care and nursing home with 90 places distributed across three different housing forms: service apartments, group housing, and dementia care. We are currently recruiting staff for the group housing and dementia care units.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant and have a genuine interest in working with people, with the resident in focus. Previous experience in elderly care is an advantage. The work requires documentation and communication skills, so you must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Some computer proficiency is also desirable.

As a person, you want to contribute to a positive work climate. You understand that you are part of the work environment and are willing to work for a good team spirit. To succeed in this job, you must want to and be able to collaborate with different professional groups in the field. You are suited for this position if you have good empathetic abilities and can put yourself in other people's life situations. Furthermore, you are someone who sees opportunities, takes initiative, and shares your knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You are meticulous and place great importance on your work maintaining high quality. Finally, we believe you are creative and often come up with ideas and new perspectives on work-related issues.
