About the role

As a Security Technician at Enaco, you will work with the installation, commissioning, service, and troubleshooting of technical security systems in environments where availability and safety are business-critical. You play a central role in the delivery and are responsible for ensuring that security solutions meet high demands for functionality, quality, and documentation.

The work includes, for example:

• Access control systems
• Intrusion alarms
• Video surveillance
• Fire alarms
• Integrated security platforms

Responsibilities

The role involves a dynamic combination of practical on-site installation of security equipment, such as cameras and access control systems, and technical commissioning behind the computer. You will handle everything from troubleshooting to service.

• Installation and commissioning of security systems
• Service, troubleshooting, and fault resolution
• Documentation according to current regulations and customer requirements
• Ensure quality and delivery precision
• Maintain and develop good customer relationships
• Contribute to technical improvements and efficient working methods

We are looking for you who

• Have at least 1–2 years of experience as a security technician – with experience in independently installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting security systems in customer environments.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Have good documentation habits
• Fluent in Swedish and have good English skills
• Are willing to undergo a security clearance check according to the Security Protection Act, and do not appear in the criminal record register

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with systems such as Winguard, Gallagher, LenelS2, ARX, Galaxy, Dorma, Milestone, SPC, or similar
• IT and network competence within TCP/IP, VLAN, and server environments
• Experience working in security-classified or business-critical environments
