What will you be working with? As an operations technician, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a dynamic environment. You will belong to a team that collaborates well across competencies in a supportive, pleasant, and inclusive work culture.

Your responsibilities as an operations technician include:

  • Performing routine rounds, supervision, and maintenance of properties
  • Ensuring that fault reports are handled in a timely manner with the right resources/knowledge
  • Communicating with subcontractors and Coor's own staff, both verbally and in writing
  • Contributing to the creation and follow-up of maintenance plans and improvement proposals
  • Conducting risk assessments in the work environment and suggesting developments
  • Performing task-based work beyond the contract
  • Being customer-focused and maintaining a professional and good customer relationship

You are a secure and social person who contributes to a good atmosphere in the team and has positive and receptive communication with employees, customers, and subcontractors. You work in a structured and meticulous manner.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Education in property/operations technology or equivalent experience
  • Category B driver's license
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
  • Good understanding of English

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Work experience in operations technology
  • Experience with electricity, control and regulation, ventilation and cooling, and plumbing/HVAC systems
  • Training in scissor lifts, fall protection, forklift license, hot work, facility maintenance, or other relevant areas

About the position

  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Employment level: Full-time 100%
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00
  • Start date: As agreed
  • Probation period: 6 months
