About the role

We are looking for a Service Advisor for a client in Norrtälje for the summer season. The role involves managing customer contact throughout the service process, coordinating between the customer, workshop, and dealer, and creating a secure and professional customer experience during peak season. You will be a key link in ensuring efficient customer flows and satisfied customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and greet customers regarding service cases with a high level of service
  • Plan and book service and repair cases in the system
  • Communicate technical information and time estimates between the customer and the workshop
  • Provide recommendations regarding service and warranty issues and handle simpler complaints
  • Follow up on ongoing cases and ensure that promises to the customer are kept
  • Collaborate with sales, spare parts, and technicians to optimize customer processes
  • Report deviations and contribute to improvement work
  • Assist with reception and administrative tasks as needed during the summer

Qualifications:

  • Experience from an authorized workshop or other service organization is meritorious
  • Good technical understanding and habit of explaining technical information to customers
  • Experience with administration and booking systems within vehicle service or equivalent
  • Service-oriented, structured, and good at prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and experience working in a team
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing and good knowledge of English

Meritorious:

  • KOBRA certification or similar certification
  • Experience working in the premium segment or in customer care
  • Knowledge of insurance and warranty handling

Workplace and scope:

The position is located in Norrtälje and covers work over the summer. The scope can be full-time or part-time according to agreement. Start date by agreement. Salary is set according to our salary policy where experience and competence are weighed in.
