Do you want to work with maintenance and servicing of condominiums, houses, and businesses?

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible person for maintenance, repairs, and ongoing servicing in condominiums in Karlskrona.

You will work with apartment-adjacent maintenance and servicing in condominiums. The focus is on measures and repairs inside the apartments, where quality, precision, and independence are crucial.

Typical tasks:

• Repairs and assembly
• Fix dripping taps and adjust thermostats
• Bleed radiators and check heating systems
• Clean ventilation valves and filters
• Adjust doors, hinges, and fittings
• Clean floor drains and water traps
• Check and replace batteries in smoke detectors
• Replace lighting and perform simpler electrical tasks

The work takes place in private homes and requires a professional and reassuring approach.

We are looking for someone who

• Is hands-on and solution-oriented
• Has experience in maintenance, craftsmanship, or similar work
• Thrives working independently
• Is precise and responsible
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Experience in property maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, or similar is advantageous, but broad practical competence is valued higher than specialization.
