Team Leader at Hjälp Hemma
At Hjälp Hemma, you will play a key role in a growing company where service, people, and smart problem-solving are at the center.
We founded Hjälp Hemma with the vision of simplifying people's daily lives through safe and high-quality home cleaning. Today, we help thousands of customers get more time for what truly matters — and we believe that great service starts with engaged employees and a strong team spirit.
We are now looking for a Team Leader for our office in Liljeholmen who wants to help develop people, customer experience, and the business forward.
About the role
As a Team Leader here, you have a central role in daily operations. You are responsible for ensuring the business runs smoothly, that customers receive high-quality service, and that the team has the right conditions to succeed. You are the link between customers, employees, and operations — which suits you if you like structure, pace, people, and problem-solving.
The role combines operational leadership, customer contact, and coordination, and suits you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike.
You will become part of an engaged and flat-hierarchy team that supports each other, has high drive, and enjoys having fun together along the way.
Your responsibilities:
Operational Management & Staffing
You drive daily operations forward and ensure the right person is in the right place at the right time. You handle scheduling, absence, rebooking, and onboarding of new customers with a focus on quality, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience.
Customer Relations & Service
You are a key contact person for our customers and build long-term relationships through quick feedback, high service levels, and a solution-oriented approach.
Leadership & Team Development
You coach and support the team in their daily work, create engagement, and contribute to a positive culture where people develop, take responsibility, and enjoy working together.
Administration & Follow-up
You work systematically with time reporting, payroll data, and administration related to customers and staff — with both a focus on details and a holistic view.
Results & Improvement Work
You monitor key figures and work data-driven to develop staffing, quality, and customer satisfaction. You like finding smarter ways of working and are driven by creating results together with the team.
We believe you have
- Experience leading people in an operational daily routine where service, pace, and responsibility go hand in hand.
- A goal-oriented approach and thrive in an environment where follow-up and results are used as tools for development.
- A modern digital work style and an easy ability to quickly get up to speed with new systems and tools.
- Fluent Swedish and good English in speech and writing. Additional languages are a plus.
Who are you?
We believe that the right attitude is at least as important as previous experience.
You are a person who takes responsibility, likes development, and sees opportunities where others see obstacles. You thrive in change, dare to test new ideas, and are motivated by finding smarter ways to work — both for the team and the customers.
To succeed in the role, we also believe you:
- Are solution-oriented and keep your cool even at high pace
- Like working systematically without being rigid
- Contribute positive energy and create engagement around you
- Are confident in prioritizing, making decisions, and taking initiative
- Enjoy people and are driven by creating good experiences for both customers and colleagues
What we offer
We want to create a workplace where people thrive, develop, and feel good over time. Therefore, we offer among other things:
- Hybrid work with the possibility to work from home two days a week
- Summer hours June–August (08:00–16:00)
- Shorter working days on Fridays
- New and modern premises in Liljeholmen
- A flat-hierarchy team with strong community, social events, and joint activities
- Health allowance and employee benefits, such as discount on home cleaning.
Start: August or as agreed
Scope: Full-time (6-month probationary period applies)
Location: Liljeholmen, Stockholm
Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline: June 30, 2026.
We look forward to hearing from you!
