About Us

Nordisk Hemservice is a family-owned company established in 2002. The company was founded by sisters Maria Irebro and Marie-Louise Bergqvist. Today, we have approximately 150 employees working in Danderyd, Östermalm, and Södermalm.

Nordisk Hemservice has contracts with the City of Stockholm. In our work, we follow established procedures and guidelines along with continuous quality controls.

We are now looking for more assistant nurses (undersköterskor) who want to join our team in Danderyd, near Mörby Centrum!

Qualifications

• Experience in service professions
• Good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written)
• Experience with domestic cleaning
• Good physical fitness, as the job involves a lot of walking

Merits

• Protected professional title (Assistant Nurse)
• Experience working with the elderly
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Job Responsibilities

Working within home care means you work independently with great responsibility. At the same time, you are part of our team and have daily contact with our customers and their relatives. Your tasks include planning and performing care work in customers' homes, such as:

• Personal care (assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, dressing).
• Services (cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry).
• Accompaniment (accompanying the customer to activities outside the home).

After each visit, you will perform thorough documentation and time registration in a mobile application. You travel between customers on foot, by bicycle, or by car.

Customer visits take place between 07:00-22:00, every day of the year. We would like you to be flexible and able to work both day and evening shifts as well as weekends.
