DO YOU WANT TO DRIVE DEVELOPMENT IN PIG PRODUCTION AND CREATE VALUE FOR SWEDISH AGRICULTURE?

At Swedish Agro, we work to create value for the farmer, the agricultural sector, and our employees. We are now looking for a curious and business-driven Product Manager with good knowledge of pig production and feed. Here, you will be responsible for developing the assortment, profitability, and product strategy – in close collaboration with sales, suppliers, and the market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a sales-oriented Product Manager, you are a key player in our business team.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and optimizing the pig production assortment.
• Driving product development and feed sales with a strong commercial focus.
• Initiating and leading product launches.
• Conducting purchasing and profitability analyses.
• Monitoring trends and identifying growth opportunities.
• Actively participating in the group's product specialist group.
• Representing Swedish Agro at industry and customer events.
• Supporting the sales organization with specialist knowledge and training.

You report to the Sales Manager Feed. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period, located at one of our offices in Sweden.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is:

• Communicative and analytical with a clear business focus in your decisions and priorities.
• Proactive and initiative-taking, driving development in your area with a high degree of independence.
• Relationship-building with good collaboration skills across functions and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

You have:

• Experience in pig production, preferably some practical experience.
• A strong interest in sales and a natural commercial mindset.
• Good understanding of feed optimization and agricultural economics.
• Ability to work in a data-driven and project-oriented manner.
• Digital competence and experience with business systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Agronomy, Farming, or equivalent education.
• Good computer skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
