Your responsibilities

We are now looking for engaged employees for our clients in the Kalmar region and surrounding areas. The tasks include:

• Fencing: Setting up and maintaining fences.
• Cattle feeding: Participating in the feeding of our cattle.
• Varying machinery work: Handling various machines and tasks on the farm.

Your profile

We value a person who is responsible, proactive, and has a positive attitude. You should thrive in an environment where you can work independently but also collaborate with others. Your commitment to animals and agriculture is central to thriving in this role. You will be employed by Agroflow but hired out to our client.

We are looking for you who have experience working on a farm year-round. You have a good eye for animals and can handle both animals and machinery. You are physically strong and ready to pitch in where needed. We see that you are structured and precise in your work, while also appreciating a flexible and varied job.

About the company

This is a temporary/summer position, with good opportunities for extension or a permanent employment. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00, with some flexibility.
