As a Technical Expert – Underground Equipment at Epiroc, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and internal service teams with deep technical expertise in underground equipment. You are a senior technical advisor contributing to safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions — making a real difference where it matters.

Your mission

In the role of Technical Expert – Underground Equipment, you work both strategically and operationally. You are a central resource combining field technical work with advisory, training, and problem-solving. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as a senior technical advisor to customers and internal service technicians
  • Performing service, repairs, troubleshooting, and startup of underground equipment
  • Conducting practical training for new employees and customers
  • Ensuring work is performed safely through risk analysis and compliance with Epiroc’s regulations
  • Maintaining ongoing and proactive customer dialogue throughout the entire work process
  • Contributing to the development of methods, processes, and operations
  • Documenting work, reporting time and materials, and assisting with cost estimates when needed

You work closely with both customers and colleagues and play a vital role in building trust and long-term customer value.

Your profile

You are a confident, solution-oriented, and engaged person who thrives in a role where you take responsibility and share your knowledge. Safety is a natural part of your working style, and you have a talent for collaboration and clear communication. We would like you to have:

  • Strong technical competence and experience in servicing and troubleshooting underground equipment
  • The ability to work independently while providing support and advice in more complex cases
  • A structured and customer-focused approach with good communication skills
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English

Experience in training, technical support, or customer-facing environments is an advantage.

Location and travel

This position is based in Slagsta. Travel occurs primarily in the Stockholm area, but travel to other locations may also occur.
