Responsibilities

As a nurse in home healthcare, you are responsible for:

• Medical assessments in the patient's home
• Medication management and follow-up
• Scheduled and emergency home visits
• Telephone advice and collaboration with other healthcare providers
• Documentation and care planning

Qualifications

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a nurse
• Valid B-driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish
