We are looking for staff for Buketten

Do you want to work in a beautiful and lively retail environment where service, pace, and a sense of color and form are an important part of everyday life? Buketten is now looking for a responsible and self-initiating employee who can support the daily work in the store as needed, starting immediately.

At our store, you will meet many customers who want a bouquet tied directly while they wait. We also sell many ready-made bouquets to take away immediately, which is why it is important that you feel confident tying bouquets independently and have a sense of color, form, and quality. You need to be able to help the customer choose flowers, listen to their wishes, and create a bouquet that feels personal and thoughtful.

The work also involves receiving and unpacking flowers and goods, trimming, watering, and taking care of the flowers, as well as ensuring that the store feels inspiring, well-stocked, and welcoming. You will help customers in the store, handle payments at the register, restock goods, and assist with orders, deliveries, and the daily routines needed for the store to function well.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and flexible. You enjoy customer contact, have a positive attitude, and thrive in an environment where the pace can be high at times. You need to be able to work independently, take initiative, and see what needs to be done, while also being good at collaborating.

Previous experience from a flower shop is advantageous. Florist education is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have practical experience in tying bouquets and feel confident in customer interactions. The possibility to start immediately is an advantage.

The position is on-call/as-needed or hourly employment with varying working hours, primarily weekdays and Saturdays. Extra help is needed during holidays and intensive periods. Buketten has a collective agreement.
