About the role

In this role, you will work as a consultant with exciting assignments for both private companies and public organizations. You are responsible for driving projects with clear business value and ensuring that the implemented solutions are actually used and create value.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning, leading, and following up on projects from start to finish.
• Ensuring project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborating with managers and employees at various levels within client organizations.
• Driving projects that contribute to efficiency and customer benefit.

Since this is a new business area within ArkivIT, you will have the opportunity to help shape this exciting new area.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a dedicated IT Project Manager in the public sector within the last 10 years.
• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
• Experience leading change work according to the SAFe framework.
• Relevant education from a university college, university, or higher education institution.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Meritorious:

• Experience in implementing and migrating IT systems.
• Experience leading feasibility studies, for example within requirements specification and investigation.
• Experience in business development in connection with IT projects.
• Experience in IT security.

Personal qualities

You are receptive and communicative, good at listening to different perspectives and creating clarity in dialogues, which promotes collaboration between stakeholders. You have the ability to get people from different functions and levels to work towards common goals.
