About the role

Contract period: August 31, 2026 – August 31, 2027, with a high possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, drive, and deliver sub-projects within the scope of Elkraft, meeting set goals regarding time, scope, quality, and budget according to the investment process.
• Lead and manage sub-project team members and suppliers/contractors within the Elkraft framework.
• Investigate and develop technical solutions for the sub-project based on customer needs, ideas, and requirements, following directives from the Project Manager.
• Ensure that the technical solution complies with Stockholm Exergi ATB and other requirements.
• Ensure and create technical specifications and tender documents. Be responsible for evaluation and procurement in consultation with the Project Manager and Procurement.
• Create budgets, time, and resource plans.
• Lead and drive the sub-project according to the project plan and handle daily management.
• Identify and manage project and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) risks.
• Report to the Project Manager.
• Ensure coordination and communication internally and externally.
• Handle safety and EHS issues.

Qualifications

• Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in Engineering with solid experience in project management and technical knowledge in electricity/energy, process industry, or production development/manufacturing.
• Good knowledge and experience of procurement, investment calculations, and contract law.
• Experience from combined heat and power (CHP) and energy industries, heavy process industry, or other industrial operations.
• Good knowledge of the electricity field within power and heat production.
• Good knowledge of creating documentation and specifications.
• Good knowledge of compiling materials for procurement.
• Good knowledge of electrical safety.
• Strong understanding of electricity, electrical engineering, switchgear, power supply, low and medium voltage, transformers, UPS/reserve power, converters, FOM, busbars, cables, and electrical safety. Ability to describe to suppliers how technology is to be implemented in facilities and to lead or participate in commissioning.
• Experience in creating and/or specifying object lists, function descriptions, and other materials (e.g., FFU) to describe scope and function.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• ESA training (Required).
• Valid driver's license.
