Our vision is to make it economically easier for people to own cars, boats, homes, tools, and high-quality leisure items, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. Biltema currently has a total of 172 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, of which 64 are located in Sweden. About the role

As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of the customer's experience in the store. Your workday consists of varied tasks and departments, all characterized by a strong focus on customers and high service levels. This means, among other things, that you play a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 items are well-stocked and fronted.

Regardless of where you are in the store, you pay attention to our customers—whether you are restocking goods, working at the checkout, helping them in customer service, or serving them in the café. In interactions with customers, you are happy to share your knowledge to help them find what they are looking for at a good price. At Biltema, no day is like the other. Here, we gladly take on tasks and challenges that may arise by trying to find simple solutions.

The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period. The role is part-time, from 20 hours per week. Working hours vary and include evenings and weekends.

About you

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to listen, understand, and read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for you who is a dedicated service-oriented person with the customer in focus. You enjoy a high work pace where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take action, see what needs to be done, and want order and tidiness around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

Experience from retail, preferably in store work with cash register duties or alternatively in the restaurant industry, is meritorious. To quickly get into the role, we appreciate a burning interest in our assortment and product areas.
