Biltema currently has a total of 172 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, of which 64 are located in Sweden. About the role

As a store employee in our café, you are a key part of the customer experience. You work with sales, receive deliveries from suppliers, and ensure that the café is always clean, welcoming, and well-stocked. You greet every customer with a smile and work together with your colleagues at a high pace – workdays are varied and full of energy.

In addition to café duties, you will participate in the daily operations of the store. Together with the team, you ensure that the store is always ready for sales and that every customer receives first-class service.

The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period. The role is part-time, from 20 hours per week, with varying working hours including evenings and weekends.

About you

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in café operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet each workday with energy, joy, and initiative. You are not afraid to think outside the box and contribute your own ideas.

You are a service-oriented person who always keeps the customer in focus. You enjoy taking on new challenges and find it easy to both learn new things and share your knowledge. We would appreciate if you have previous experience working in a café and are comfortable with the tasks involved. If you also appreciate structure and order, you will fit perfectly with us.
