We are now looking for an independent dental nurse who understands the importance of good service and a welcoming attitude.

Main responsibilities and tasks

We work in a positive atmosphere where teamwork, job rotation, and business development are natural elements. It is important that everyone feels equal regardless of professional role.

Our vision is to be at the forefront regarding technology and knowledge within dentistry, such as intraoral scanners, remote consultations, digital healthcare meetings, surgeries, X-ray sensors, and personal development.

Our clinic has 10 treatment rooms and 26 skilled employees of varying ages. We have a high patient volume with a good influx of new patients. We work with outreach services and nursing homes. We also have dentists who place fixtures at the clinic.

We are also a training clinic, which means we have dental and dental hygienist students with us.

Our clinic is centrally located in Mölnlycke, approximately 10 km outside Gothenburg in Härryda Municipality, with good communications and free parking. We are now included in Zone A tariff, which generates a cheaper bus ticket if you choose to travel by public transport.

Competency requirements and profile

• Trained dental nurse with education approved by MYH (The Swedish Council for Higher Education of Vocational Education).
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to independently handle administration.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and smart way.
• Ability to give a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do.
• Ability to collaborate and relate to other people in a listening manner.
• Experience in the profession is prioritized.
• Contribute to the development of the business by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work.

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually designed supervision program during the first period. The supervision program is part of our two-year development program for newly graduated dental nurses.

About the recruitment process

If you are not already employed by us, you will be contacted by recruiters from the HR department for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager selects candidates and invites them for an interview at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for week 26.

Folk Dental Care Västra Götaland Region conducts checks in the suspicion and burden registers before employment.
