Do you have experience in construction management and a good understanding of laws and authority requirements? Entrecon Consulting receives continuous requests from our clients for skilled and experienced construction managers.

We receive applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and purchasers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

As a construction manager, you are involved in the various stages of the project from planning, design, implementation, and up to handover to the purchaser. The construction manager is the contact person towards contractors and the purchaser's representative during the contract period. This means that the construction manager's task is to represent the purchaser in their work by supporting, following up, and reporting the progress of the contract to the project manager and/or purchaser regarding: schedules, costs, quality, safety, working environment, and environmental issues.

You lead all stages of the production phase, prepare inquiry documents, tender contractors, and are responsible for: construction meetings, quantity surveying meetings, economic meetings (ÄTA management), and coordination meetings.

Competence

We are looking for you who have the following experience:

• Good knowledge of the land and infrastructure process and documented experience in planning, design management, cost monitoring, forecasting, QCS (Quality, Cost, Schedule), tendering, and production.
• You should have worked as a construction manager/site manager/site foreman in land and infrastructure (preferably with experience from water/sewer and/or track projects) for at least 5 years, but preferably more.
• Desirable experience from working with or for the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) or other public actors.
• You must have qualifications as a working environment coordinator, BAS-P, and BAS-U.
• You have good knowledge of contract and consulting law, AB04/ABT06 as well as AMA and MER infrastructure.
• A big plus if you have experience with concrete, preferably concrete class 1, preferably 2. Preferably also experience from water/sewer projects.
• You have a civil or university degree in engineering or other construction technical education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through longer working life experience.
