Retail Salesperson/Gardener 🌸 – Blomsterlandet Borlänge

Are you someone driven by customer interactions and sales, with a strong passion for plants that you love to share? Does this sound interesting? We would love to receive your application!

For an immediate start, we are looking for you who are a driven gardener or a retail salesperson with gardening knowledge.

You are driven by customer meetings and sales, and have a strong interest in plants that you are eager to share. An extra interest in seasonal and outdoor plants is a plus.

With personal responsibility and initiative, you work across all departments and at the checkout. You have a business-minded drive and contribute to developing the entire store. As a retail salesperson, you are the face of the company and are passionate about taking care of Blomsterlandet's customers in the best way possible, providing them with advice and inspiration for their needs.

🌿 About the Role

• Varied tasks including customer service, working at the checkout, and unpacking goods.
• Participation in daily sales activities.
• Collaboration between different departments.
• Goods receiving, product display, and picking.

🌼 Your Experience and Competencies

• Experience from selling garden plants and indoor plants is meritorious.
• Gardening-related education is meritorious.
• Organized and structured.
• Knowledgeable in care and eager to learn. You should possess product knowledge and be able to provide care advice.
• A person who finds it easy to collaborate and spread good energy to your colleagues.
• Experience working in retail.

🕒 Practical Information

Employment Type: 30–35 hours/week, varying working hours and every other weekend.

For those who wish to work more, extra shifts and hours are often available.

The position is a seasonal employment starting immediately.
