Our store in Mora-Noret is now open – and we want to continue developing together with the right expertise. We are now looking for a gardener or someone with solid knowledge and a great passion for plants and gardening, who wants to contribute to an inspiring customer experience at Blomsterlandet in Mora.

You have a genuine interest in plants, enjoy meeting customers, and are happy to share your knowledge through advice, inspiration, and sales. With us, you will have an important role in the daily work in the store, where your expertise contributes to both customer satisfaction and the store's continued development.

We want you to: Love customer interaction, be positive, be easy to collaborate with, be self-starting, and have a strong sense of service. You also need to be stress-resistant, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.

Experience requirements: We are looking for someone with solid plant knowledge, either through a horticultural education or other plant-related experience. A burning interest in plants combined with experience working with and selling plants is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Advice and inspiration to customers regarding plant selection, care, and seasonality
• Ensure high quality and freshness of plants in the store
• Contribute to care and display plans based on the season
• Participate in campaigns and activities in the store
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop store sales and customer experience
• Store sales and cash register duties

Hours: 30 hours per week (including every other weekend)
