We need more energy heroes, and now we are looking for a Commissioning Manager for large substation projects who wants to be part of the journey! Is that you? Together we make a difference, for the entire society.
As a Commissioning Manager, you will become part of the Project unit. The project operations are responsible for driving our larger substation projects from tender to a commissioned facility. In the projects, we work with the latest technology from several of the leading suppliers in the industry, providing an interesting and educational daily routine.

The role includes being responsible for and coordinating the testing when several engineers are working on the same project. Within the framework of the projects, you report to the Project Manager. The role involves extensive travel within Sweden. Both day trips and longer trips occur.
Examples of tasks/responsibilities included:
- Ensure technical function and contract compliance

- Coordination of testing work when several engineers are on site
- Compilation of test protocols
- Responsible for communication regarding technical issues towards the Project Manager
- Act as a mentor to junior employees
Requirements
We are looking for you who are analytical and enjoy solving complex problems. Nothing is impossible for you! You are well-versed in the area and are eager to share your knowledge with your colleagues. Taking on a task and seeing it through to completion together with the project group is a matter of course for you.
We know that you will develop together with us. However, we would like you to already have:
- Experience with commissioning control systems for switchgear or hydropower stations
- Experience with configuring relay protection
- Competence regarding communication via IEC 61850
- A post-secondary electrical engineering education or equivalent work experience within electrical power
