Do you have experience in construction management and a good understanding of laws and authority requirements? Entrecon Consulting is now looking for a Construction Manager for the subway expansion - FUT.

You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignment at the client's site.

The Assignment

The Construction Manager's role is to support the project in various parts within the areas of design, planning, and production. You will have varied tasks and, above all, have extensive contact with our organization, external partners, and our procured contractors.

Examples of tasks:

• Participate in rounds, inspections, and surveys.
• Prepare materials for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) works.
• Follow up and report on the contractor's progress regarding costs, time, quality, risks, safety, working environment, environment, and social sustainability.
• Conduct checks and spot checks.
• Review the contractor's work preparations, execution, self-controls, and ensure compliance with agreements. Review must also be against set requirements, developed design solutions, etc.
• Monitor necessary authority permits and building permits, as well as conditions in other agreements and that other necessary prerequisites are met.

Competence

The Construction Manager should have the following experience/competencies:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Documented professional competence/education in the requested technical field.
• At least three (3) years of experience as a Construction Manager or Project Manager for corresponding contracts in the requested technical field.
• Documented knowledge of contract law and the regulations of the technical field, e.g., AMA.
• All Construction Managers must be able to pass a security clearance check.
• Good language skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Bas-U and Bas-P competence.

Meritorious experience and competencies:

• Experience working in a tunnel environment.
• Experience participating in inspections.
• Experience working with testing and commissioning.
• Experience working with the Swedish Transport Administration's track facilities or infrastructure parts.
• Experience working in production.
• Experience working with steel structures.
