S:t Görans Hospital on Kungsholmen is one of Sweden's most historic emergency hospitals, with a history dating back to the 19th century. Today, it is one of the country's leading emergency hospitals, operated by Capio on behalf of Region Stockholm. As a Facilities Technician, you play a central role in ensuring that the hospital's facilities operate optimally. Here, you work in a complex and exciting environment where the demands for operational reliability are extremely high. Your focus is on creating a safe and functional environment for both patients and healthcare staff through proactive maintenance and quick responses to fault reports. You handle ongoing maintenance and urgent matters, contributing to a safe and functional environment for patients and staff. You are part of a team of approximately 15 colleagues, where collaboration and proactivity are key.

Responsibilities

The role involves responsibility for supervision, maintenance, and upkeep of the hospital's facilities, handling fault reports, and participating in on-call duties to ensure a high level of functionality around the clock.

• Perform supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance of facilities.
• Conduct fixed weekly rounds.
• Handle fault reports and resolve emerging problems.
• Participate in scheduled on-call duties, including night shifts.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a Facilities Technician or relevant education in facility management.
• Has good technical understanding.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Has fluent Swedish skills, both spoken and written, as well as good English skills.
• Thrives in a practical and physical role.

It is an advantage if you have

• The ability to read data from higher-level systems.
• Competence in HVAC, cooling, heating, water, and sanitation.
