We are now looking for a Power Grid Manager who wants to drive our continued development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your Assignment

As Power Grid Manager, you are responsible for leading, developing, and future-proofing our power grid operations. You have personnel, budget, and operational responsibility for a department with 14 dedicated employees, overseeing operations, maintenance, investments, readiness, and long-term grid development.

You are part of the company's management team, report to the CEO, and play a key role in developing both the power grid operations and Nybro Energi as a whole.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who

Have relevant education in electrical engineering or equivalent competence
Have experience with power grid operations and a good understanding of grid operations
Have several years of leadership experience with personnel and budget responsibility
Have good economic understanding and a strategic perspective
Thrive in an operation where public benefit, delivery security, and development are in focus
