We are looking for a service-oriented and responsible employee for our post office and small kiosk!

Here, you will work in a combined role where you handle mail and parcel matters for PostNord, Bring, and DSV, as well as assist customers in our kiosk. We offer a varied and social workplace with plenty of customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Customer service and cash handling in the kiosk
• Sales and restocking of goods
• Handling incoming and outgoing parcels (PostNord, Bring, and DSV)
• Registration and distribution of parcels
• Receiving returns and shipments
• Responsibility for mail handling according to procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
• Other duties as assigned

• Has a good sense of service and customer interaction
• Thrives in a fast-paced role with customer contact
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Previous experience is not a requirement – we offer on-site introduction and training until you feel confident in the role
