Responsibilities
Assemble and inspect medical technology products according to specifications and quality requirements. Participate in improvement work and quality assurance. You will work to maintain a good working environment and adhere to company guidelines and regulations. Work in accordance with current occupational health and safety legislation and quality requirements. Handle and maintain machinery and equipment safely. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products. Since the work takes place in a production environment, it can occasionally be physically demanding.

Working hours are primarily scheduled in 3- or 5-shift rotations.

Requirements:

• Upper secondary education or relevant work experience (experience from industry and production).
• Very good proficiency in spoken, written, and reading Swedish.
• Ability to work in all types of shifts.
• Experience with documentation, e.g., deviation reporting, familiarity with working with protocols, recipes, logbooks, or similar (a documentation test will be conducted during the interview).
• Documented good computer literacy, e.g., SAP or equivalent.

Merits:

• At least two years of work experience is desirable, preferably within industry and production, especially the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with GMP and LEAN.
• Forklift license according to TLP10 A1-4 and B1-4.
