Your Role

As a store sales assistant at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face outward towards our customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. You simply love providing good service every day. In the role of store sales assistant, you will work with a variety of tasks that are part of daily store operations.

This includes tasks such as:

• Unpacking all goods and ensuring shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and expiry dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, together with your colleagues, you contribute that little extra to give our customers the best store experience!

Your Profile

We are looking for you who want to be part of a team that works together and moves forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done, and you are driven by working result-oriented and contributing to the store's success.

• We view it positively if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude towards changes
• You are at least 18 years old and fluent in Swedish, both in speech and writing

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 20 hours per week. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled including early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts.
