You, Us & The Job

As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find your way, and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is essential to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be a key part of this by, among other things, being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together, we are working to become fossil-free by 2030.

This position is a fixed-term employment with a full-time engagement (100%). The employment starts in week 27 and runs through week 52. Your working hours will be during the day, between 07:30–15:30, Monday to Friday. You will be based at Kurirvägen 2, 438 91 Landvetter.

What you will do

• Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
• Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private, or business customers.

Who you are

• Curious and self-reliant: A large part of the job is done alone, but team spirit is important.
• Patient & confident: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You keep the balance.
• Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are keywords. So is order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time.
• Physically fit: Yes, you sit still during the drive, but you need to be able to lift when picking up and dropping off. For this, you need good strength and mobility.
• Adaptable: Unplanned events require flexibility.
• Service-oriented: Customer relationships require the right attitude and sensitivity.
• You are unique: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

What you bring with you

• High school diploma
• Category B driver’s license and experience driving
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and problem-solving ability
