On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a consultant specializing in roof and facade projects, design, and construction management for a long-term assignment within property development. The assignment is part-time and is expected to start on 2026-06-15 and run until 2027-12-31, with the possibility of extension for 3 years.

About the Assignment

We are seeking a senior technical consultant who will work on the investigation, design, and implementation of projects related to roofs, roof safety, facades, brickwork, and sheet metal structures. The assignment also includes the preparation of tender documents, calculations, construction management, and inspection.

As a consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring high quality throughout the entire project process – from technical investigations and design to implementation and final inspection.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Investigation and design of roof and facade measures
• Preparation of tender documents and technical drawings/specifications
• Cost estimation and budgeting
• Construction management and follow-up during the implementation phase
• Inspection of completed works
• Advisory services regarding roof safety, facades, brickwork, and sheet metal
• Potential responsibility as BAS-P and/or BAS-U depending on project needs

Employment Type: The assignment assumes the consultant can invoice through their own company.

About You

We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• At least 9 years of relevant experience in the field and the ability to substantiate experience through relevant reference assignments
• Certification or approval via RISE and/or SBR
• Documented experience in investigating, designing, implementing, and inspecting projects involving roofs, roof safety, facades, brickwork, and sheet metal
• Experience in producing technical documents and tender specifications
• Strong ability to independently drive projects and deliver with high quality
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

The following qualifications are considered meritorious:

• Experience in roles as BAS-P and/or BAS-U
• Experience from complex property or school environment projects
