Team Leader with Customer Duties –

Do you want to combine leadership with practical work at the customer's site? We are now looking for an engaged and responsible Team Leader who is also involved in our assignments within office cleaning and domestic cleaning!

About the Position

• As a Team Leader with us, you play a key role in the operations. You are responsible for leading and distributing the work in your team, while also working operationally on cleaning assignments at our customers' sites. The role requires structure, flexibility, and close collaboration with both employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the daily work for the cleaning team.
• Introduce and develop staff.
• Ensure high quality in completed assignments.
• Maintain contact with customers and follow up on their needs.
• Perform cleaning assignments for businesses and/or private customers.
• Handle scheduling and simpler administration.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in office cleaning (required).
• Has previous experience in team leadership or similar responsibility (meritorious).
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded.
• Thrives working both independently and in a team.
• Speaks and understands Swedish.
• Has a valid B-class driver's license (required).
