About the Customer Manager role

As a Customer Manager, you are responsible for sales by building and developing long-term relationships with both new and existing customers within municipalities, industry, and private companies. You work towards set goals and plan your own daily routine, which includes proactive customer follow-up, meeting scheduling, site visits, participation in trade fairs, as well as coordination and follow-up. Your primary task is to help customers succeed with trenchless solutions and efficient maintenance. Through customer meetings, you create new business opportunities and spread knowledge about Pollex's working methods within maintenance, investigation, and renewal of water and wastewater networks. A perfect role for you if you want to work closely with customers, take ownership, and develop together with Pollex.

The role involves travel within Stockholm and Mälardalen, including a few hotel nights per year. You are based at the office in Södertälje and report to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Long-term and proactive sales work
• Customer contact – follow-up, planning, coordination, information
• Educate existing and new customers about Pollex's working methods within maintenance, investigation, and renewal of water and wastewater networks
• Administrative tasks
• Participate in and plan for trade fairs

To succeed in this role, we see that you have good technical knowledge within the water and wastewater sector (VA) and a strong focus on creating a positive customer experience. You have a good ability to build and develop relationships and thrive in a goal-oriented role where you can work both independently and collaboratively. We are looking for someone with the following experience and qualifications:

• Industry knowledge within VA, e.g., in a role as a pipe technician, team leader, VA engineer, or within sales
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good computer skills
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
