We are looking for a Sub-project Manager for Documentation to the PMO Central for a government agency within the transport sector.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

We are seeking a Sub-project Manager for Documentation for investment projects within technical facility documentation. The role entails overall responsibility for document coordination and management of documentation processes in project environments, where you lead, drive, and set requirements for sub-projects related to technical documentation. You act as a contact point between the project and the maintenance organization, ensuring that documentation requirements, processes, and deliveries are carried out according to set requirements and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow up on requirement lists, budgets, schedules, and resource plans for documentation deliveries.
• Establish documentation plans, document lists, and instructions for technical documentation.
• Coordinate and support the project organization in matters regarding technical and facility technical documentation.
• Manage and search for relevant documentation in digital and physical archives.
• Inform about schedules, TG-points, and deliveries of final documentation.
• Train projects and contractors in current documentation requirements and processes.
• Ensure the delivery of maintainable documentation and data to maintenance systems.
• Lead and follow up on documentation work according to the project plan and current standards.
• Ensure the use of correct templates, routines, and document management.
• Plan and drive review processes for documentation deliveries.
• Collaborate on work environment-related documentation issues with BAS-P/BAS-U.
• Create role descriptions and report status continuously to the project manager.
• Act as the recipient of technical documentation and participate in decisions regarding project-specific documentation issues.

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• Technical university education.
• Good knowledge of technical documentation and drawings.
• Have participated in or executed several similar assignments in the current area with high quality. (Mention reference assignments as shown in CV).
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You may need to be security classified as assignments may take place at security-classified facilities.
• Driver's License: B

Preferred Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project or sub-project management within Technical Facility Documentation.

Personal Qualities

• Self-initiative.
• Communicative.
• Leadership skills regarding leading and driving.
