Do you have several years of experience leading construction projects in the execution phase and thrive where schedules, economics, and quality meet? Then this assignment could be your next step. You will start your employment as a consultant with Miljonbemanning, with the goal of transitioning into direct employment with our client.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor schedules and progress during the contracting phase

• Responsible for financial follow-up – budget, forecasting, and cost control

• Ensure quality through control points, self-inspections, and deviation management

• Drive occupational health and safety work (OHS/HSE)

• Lead and document construction and coordination meetings – minutes, action lists, and decision materials

• Handle contract-related work regarding changes (variations/notices) and traceable documentation

Who are you?

You have 5–10 years of relevant experience within construction or infrastructure in a leading role – such as construction manager, project manager, site manager, production manager, or similar. You have worked in the contracting phase (execution/production), not solely in design, and you are familiar with public clients and their requirements for control and documentation.

You have a post-secondary education in construction, civil engineering, urban planning, or economics – or equivalent knowledge from working life. You express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have at least good knowledge of English. You are accustomed to working structured and digitally in project, document management, time reporting, and financial systems.

As a person, you are structured, self-reliant, and confident in making decisions close to contracts and production. You have a natural way of leading meetings, managing many interfaces, and ensuring that matters are documented and followed up.

Merits:

• Experience with large or complex projects (size 200–500 MSEK) with many interfaces, urban environments, and tight logistics

• Experience with bridges/civil structures, concrete-heavy constructions, and/or tunnels/rock

• Practical application of AMA Construction and MER (quantity and cost regulations)

• Practical work with AB 04, ABT 06, and/or ABK 09

• BAS-P/BAS-U

• Experience with collaborative contracting (partnering) in turnkey or execution contracts

• Experience with remeasurement contracts with invoice and diary review

• Concrete Class 1 for concrete/civil structure-intensive assignments

• Experience with tracks/railways/metro (BEST, station, and tunnel environments)
