We are now looking for more Process Operators for the Sweden Biomanufacturing Center!

There is now a very exciting opportunity to become part of the organization at the Sweden Biomanufacturing Center as our next Process Operator!

Working hours are primarily scheduled for 3 or 5 shifts.

This is a consultancy assignment starting immediately or alternatively in week 33/34. The assignment duration is 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Your role as Operator

Examples of tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Work on the development and/or improvement of documentation and work processes.
• Formulation, filling, sewing, assembly, and packing of clinical and commercial products.
• Documentation of work steps.
• Ensure the operation of equipment.
• Participate and contribute to improvement and optimization work.
• Develop your own and your colleagues' competencies.

We want you who apply:

• Have education at the upper secondary level within Technology or Natural Sciences, or alternatively at least two years of relevant work experience.
• Studies at Mälardalen Technical High School (MTG) are meritorious.
• Have very good knowledge of spoken, written, and reading comprehension in Swedish. A documentation test will be conducted during the interview.
• Have good knowledge of spoken, written, and reading comprehension in English.
• Have good computer skills and are comfortable working in and learning to work in various administrative and computerized systems.
• Have the ability to independently document your work.
• Are customer-focused and have good collaboration skills and social competence.
• Have a strong interest in technology and a desire to develop your technical skills.

Meritorious:

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience working in a manufacturing LEAN environment is meritorious.
• Experience working in an aseptic environment is meritorious.
