In the role of Technical Salesperson, you will have a clear focus on processing architects, consultants, construction contractors, and other actors in the specifying chain, with the goal of having BOA's products and solutions chosen in the early stages of projects.

In addition to external sales, you will also serve as an important internal resource by contributing your technical knowledge to work related to assortment development, product evaluations, and technical advisory.

In the role, you will work with:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, clients, and other specifiers
  • Proactively book and conduct product presentations, as well as participate in trade fairs and industry events
  • Drive specification work and create early positioning in projects
  • Participate in project meetings and client visits, and deliver technical presentations
  • Create technical documentation and solution proposals for projects
  • Act as technical support internally and contribute to assortment and product development
  • Participate in the evaluation and testing of new products and suppliers, providing market feedback

To succeed in the role, you have:

  • Relevant technical education, e.g., construction engineer, university college engineer, or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of the construction process and project flows (design → procurement → execution)
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation/drawings and translate this into product selection
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
