About the role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment initially lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment or being offered a permanent position in the future.

Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on transports, as well as handling deviations that arise along the way. You work proactively to ensure delivery precision and a good customer experience.

Examples of responsibilities include:

• Plan, book, and coordinate transports
• Maintain daily contact with drivers, freight forwarders, and customers
• Handle and resolve deviations in the transport chain
• Develop and adapt solutions based on customer needs
• Ensure efficient deliveries from start to finish

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Italian language skills (written and spoken) are highly advantageous but not a requirement
• Experience from the transport or logistics industry
• Experience with rail freight or work within railway transports is advantageous

To thrive in this role, you are a structured and solution-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced environment. You have a strong ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and create structure in a dynamic daily routine.

Furthermore, you are communicative and have an aptitude for building relationships, both internally and externally. You are service-oriented, humble, and have a natural drive to find solutions and move work forward.
