About the role

As a Junior Project Manager at DataCom, you will drive projects from start to finish together with colleagues, customers, and partners. You will support planning, coordinate activities, follow up on status, and help keep the different parts of the project together in a structured way.

You will interact with various stakeholders and contribute to moving the project forward with clarity, order, and good communication. You will identify risks, follow up on deviations, and ensure that documentation and reporting work as they should.

This is a role for you who likes variety, enjoys collaborating, and wants to develop in a company where technology, business, and relationships go hand in hand.

We believe you recognize yourself in this

You have a post-secondary education in, for example, economics, IT, technology, or equivalent.

You have 1 to 2 years of experience in project work or a coordinating role, and you thrive when you get to create structure, plan, and keep several parts together at the same time.

You communicate clearly in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English. You have good knowledge of the Office suite and a basic understanding of project methodology, such as agile, waterfall, or hybrid.

Experience from IT operations or IT outsourcing is meritorious.

It is extra good if you also have experience with

project tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project, certification in project management such as IPMA or PRINCE2 Foundation, or work in consulting, customer-facing roles, change management, or process development.
