Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an engaged and responsible excavator operator to join our team. Are you a meticulous machine operator with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

Working Hours

Working hours may vary, but shifts usually start between 05:00–07:00 in the morning, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Excavation and earthworks
• Water and sewage (VA) works and pipeline installation
• Final grading and terracing
• Daily supervision and basic maintenance of machinery
• Collaboration with site supervisors and other employees on-site
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)

We are looking for someone who has:

• Training as an excavator/machine operator
• Certificate of competence or vocational license for excavators
• B-driver's license
• Responsible, meticulous, and safety-conscious
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Merits:

• Experience in earthworks and construction
• Experience with GPS and machine control systems
• HLL (Certification for lifting appliances)
• Hot work certification
• Experience working in traffic and parks, City of Stockholm
• Competence in operating additional machine types
• Heavy goods vehicle license (C/CE)

Employment Details

Interviews and training are conducted on a rolling basis. The positions are full-time with the possibility of permanent employment after 6 months. There are also significant opportunities to transition into employment with one of our clients.

The base salary is based on the average salary of regular drivers at the transport company where you work. Allowances for unsocial hours and overtime compensation are typically governed by the Transport Collective Agreement, although other collective agreements may apply depending on the agreements our clients have.
