You will step into a role where a well-thought-out infrastructure cost estimate is crucial prior to the approval of a detailed development plan and future development agreements. The work involves creating a robust cost basis for the expansion of public land, including both streets and natural areas. The area also features several dam facilities, street widening, cycle/pedestrian paths, turning areas, and associated solutions such as swale ditches, tree planting, and skeleton soil.

You will base your work on draft development plans and existing design documents to produce an estimate that gives the client a clear and useful decision-making basis. This role suits you if you thrive at the intersection of technology, cost estimation, and urban planning, and want to influence important decisions early in the project.

• Prepare an infrastructure cost estimate based on the detailed development plan and available design documents.
• Estimate quantities and price according to AMA Anläggning 23.
• Include standard costs for design, project management, construction management, risk, uncertainty, and ÄTOR (Contingencies) in the estimate.
• Assess additional costs related to keeping a road passable during the construction phase.
• Calculate costs for the expansion of public land, including streets, natural areas, and dam facilities.
• Compile both an overall estimate with total sums and a unit price estimate according to AMA Anläggning 23.
• Participate in kick-off meetings and ongoing check-ins, report comments on the estimate, and adjust the basis as needed.
• Ensure the deliverable is produced in PDF format and meets accessibility requirements according to EN 301 549 V.2.1.2 and WCAG 2.1.

• At least 6 years of experience in similar assignments.
• Extensive experience in estimating the expansion of public infrastructure in accordance with current AMA regulations.
• Good knowledge of AMA Anläggning 23.
• Experience interpreting detailed development plans and design documents as a basis for quantity take-off and pricing.
• Ability to independently produce high-quality infrastructure cost estimates.
• Ability to deliver a summary estimate and a unit price estimate in PDF format.
• Ability to participate in digital and physical meetings as needed.
