Ensotech is a growing specialist company in the energy market, focusing on electricity purchasing, analysis, and strategic consulting. We combine consulting services with in-house developed software to help our customers make better business decisions in a complex and changing energy market.

We are a small, highly specialized team based in Visby, where consulting and system development work closely together. Decisions are made close to the operations, and every employee has a direct impact on both customer value and the company's development.

About the role

You will have overall responsibility for our platform EST – from development to delivery and business value. The role sits at the intersection of technology, customers, and business.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product, quality, and delivery
• Lead development initiatives and projects
• Develop requirement specifications
• Ensure structure in the development process
• Participate in implementation and customer dialogue
• Contribute to sales and business development

• Has experience in system development or product management
• Is structured and decisive
