About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible warehouse administrator for night shifts during the summer holiday period at our client's terminal. This role is suitable for you who have experience in warehouse administration and thrive working in a structured, detailed, and administrative manner in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and report orders in the business system (SAP).
  • Handle and print shipping documents.
  • Verify that orders and shipping documents match.
  • Register and report incoming and outgoing flows in the system.
  • Follow up on incoming transports and delivery times.
  • Communicate with customers and transport staff via chat and internal systems.
  • Ensure order and discipline in the administrative process.

About you

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, self-motivated, and has an eye for detail. You are solution-oriented, have good structure in your work, and can quickly adapt to new routines. Experience from administrative roles within warehouse or logistics operations is preferred. The workplace is located in a terminal where the temperature can be cool, so it is important to be aware of this and to thrive in a cooler environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse administration or similar administrative role within logistics.
  • Experience in reporting orders and handling shipping documents.
  • Good computer skills and ability to work in business systems.
  • Experience with SAP or similar systems.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with night work is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car.

Other details

  • Employment: start 6/7 – end 14/8
  • Night work: Sun–Fri (5 days/week)
  • Working hours: 21:00/22:00 – 07:00/08:00
