For us, the customer is always number one. As a Style & Customer Advisor, you play one of our most important roles in creating the best experience for our customers! You will work with helping, inspiring, and guiding our customers to make the best purchases – including through our popular subscription service, Lifestyle, which has changed the industry.

The best part? You get to do this together with an amazing team consisting of Store Managers, Opticians, and other Style & Customer Advisors 💪

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have several years of work experience in the optical industry, retail, sales, and/or service. To thrive and succeed as much as possible in this role, we also see that you:

• Are motivated by high goals and driven by achieving results together with the team
• Are full of energy and have strong engagement
• Love exceeding expectations by providing good service and spreading a positive atmosphere to customers and colleagues
• Take responsibility for your tasks, dare to take initiative, and think differently – you see it as your ultimate goal to guide the customer to the best purchase!
