We are looking for an experienced consultant for a project involving a comprehensive riser replacement (stambyte) in a large residential property. The assignment involves contributing specialist expertise in electrical, telecommunications, and data systems in connection with the preparation of system documentation and tender documents for an upcoming general contracting project. This role is suitable for you if you have experience with similar projects and thrive in collaboration with various project stakeholders to ensure high quality throughout the entire design phase.

In this role, you are responsible for preparing system documentation and tender documents for general contracting within the areas of electrical, telecommunications, and data. You will actively participate in design meetings and collaborate with the project team to ensure that the project's goals are met. The assignment also includes inventories and site visits as needed. The workload varies during the assignment period and requires you to adapt your efforts to the project's different phases and needs.

• The company must have completed at least 3 riser replacement projects in the last 3 years.

• The projects must have had a project volume of at least 250,000 SEK for the specific consulting effort.

• The projects must have covered at least 50 apartments.

• At least 1 reference project must have been carried out in a Miljonprogrammet area.

• At least 1 reference project must have covered at least 150 apartments.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Valid BAS-P certification.

• Valid BAS-U certification.

• Start: Immediately.

• Engagement type: Consulting assignment.

• Availability: The consultant must be able to travel to Tensta with short notice if needed.
