We are now looking for Parking Attendants for our office in Åre.

About the Role
As a parking attendant with us, you have an important function and are offered a varied and enjoyable job with great freedom and responsibility. The work involves parking supervision within an assigned area (property grounds). Through your presence in the field, either in a patrol car or on foot, you provide the service and assistance needed to ensure parking rules are followed. Together, we help ensure high satisfaction and good accessibility. The job offers a lot of variation, great freedom, and important responsibility.

For example, you will:

• Monitor your work area by car and on foot.
• Check that parking regulations are followed.
• Ensure that correct and clear signage is present within the area.
• Issue control fees if necessary.
• Assist our customers on-site with parking-related questions.
• Assist our customers on-site with questions regarding our digital services.

The position is a needs-based employment with access as agreed. Hours vary according to the schedule, and night and weekend work are included. Our parking attendants are based at our office in Åre.

About You

To fit the role, you have a positive attitude, social skills, and act with good judgment. You have a systematic and careful approach with an eye for detail. Taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and vigilant person who makes people around you feel safe.

Requirements for the position:

• Valid B driver's license.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• High school diploma.
• Previous experience from a service job.

Merits:

• Previous experience as a parking attendant.
• Previous experience in security.

When evaluating applicants for the position, we always look at personal suitability in terms of requirements, personal qualities, merits, and references. Before employment, a certificate from the Police Authority regarding criminal record will be requested.
