HSB plans, finances, builds and manages housing throughout Sweden – today totaling approximately 25,000 rental apartments and 340,000 condominiums.

HSB Southern Norrland operates in Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland. We serve approximately 450 condominium associations and other property owners with a comprehensive range of management services. HSB also has approximately 2,000 rental apartments in the area. We have nearly 230 skilled employees to help us, and we are now looking for reinforcements. We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for a summer temporary position in Gävle, starting immediately.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you work closely with our customers. The tasks primarily involve mowing lawns using large ride-on mowers and maintaining external property environments.

Experience

Experience in property maintenance, gardening, and operating large ride-on mowers is desirable. For the position of Property Maintenance Technician, proficiency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required, as well as a B-class driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.
