We are currently seeking a cleaner/waste collector as one of our current employees is moving on to another position.

At the recycling center, we are a team of 20 employees. Together, we manage the collection of household waste, property-adjacent recycling, as well as recycling centers and recycling stations.

Waste Management is part of Water & Wastewater, which belongs to the Technical Administration. The administration consists of approximately 200 employees, and we are responsible, among other things, for ensuring the municipality's traffic environment is safe and accessible, and that the residents of Kristinehamn have access to clean, fresh, and good water from the tap. We are also responsible for providing nutritious meals for children, young people, and the elderly in our preschools, schools, and special housing. Additionally, we manage the municipality's properties and are responsible for strategic local planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Collection of household waste/FNI in rear-loading vehicles
• Handling vehicle computers, RFID equipment, and reporting deviations
• Washing vehicles and superstructures as needed, as well as performing daily maintenance/inspection of vehicles and superstructures
• Submitting vehicles to the workshop when necessary
• Participating in the service team, bin mounting, and order handling.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a valid professional competence certificate and a Category C driver's license. We consider it desirable if you have a driver's license for vehicle-mounted cranes.

We see you as a responsible person who handles changes in a flexible manner. You easily create good structure in your work, planning and prioritizing effectively.

Good customer service is important to you, and you treat colleagues as customers in a friendly and accommodating manner. Collaboration is a large part of the job, so it is also important that you listen and communicate in a constructive way. Everything you do, you do with care to ensure good quality.
