Environmental Worker/Waste Collection Driver (Sunne)

The company assists municipalities and businesses with services in waste management, sludge and water/sewage, recycling, transport, and contracting. About the role

At Ohlssons, we are looking for an Environmental Worker/Waste Collection Driver with a Category C license for our waste management contract in Sunne. In this role, you will enjoy a varied daily routine working outdoors, performing meaningful work that contributes to a sustainable future.

Your primary responsibilities will include collecting household waste according to planned routes using our rear-loading trucks (2-compartment and 3-compartment vehicles). Attention to detail is crucial to ensure all bins are emptied, and you will be responsible for carrying out the work in a safe and secure manner. As a key ambassador for Ohlssons, you will interact with many customers, so a positive attitude and a passion for good service are essential.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Category C driving license.
• Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (YKB).
• Experience in the driving profession; experience in the waste management industry is a plus.
• Basic IT skills.
• Good communication skills in Swedish.
• Local knowledge of the region is an advantage.
