About the role

We are currently recruiting a traveling Service Technician (Middle Sweden) for one of our clients. This is an independent, field-based role within an advanced industrial environment.

You will work from home and plan your own working day. The role involves visiting customers across Sweden to install, commission, service, and troubleshoot technologically advanced production equipment.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Installation and startup of machinery
• Calibration and precision checks
• Preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting mechanical and basic software-related issues
• Documentation and quality assurance

The position involves frequent travel with regular overnight stays, so you must thrive in a mobile and independent work environment. Travel time is included in working hours. The right candidate will receive favorable per diems as well as attractive bonus and compensation systems.

Location: You will be based from home, preferably in Middle Sweden.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a technical background, such as a Service Technician, Industrial Electrician, or similar. Experience with production equipment or measurement technology is an advantage but not a requirement.

As a person, you are driven, solution-oriented, and thrive with freedom under responsibility. You are self-motivated, work at a high pace, and feel confident in customer dialogue. Most importantly, you have the right attitude and a desire to develop.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• You must enjoy traveling for work
